Choice Teachers have been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework for school recruitment. Only agencies that can demonstrate the following qualities have been accepted onto the framework which has been supported by the Department for Education:

• Able to demonstrate complete and thorough checks on all their workers
• Have relevant accreditation with professional bodies such as the REC
• Be transparent about their rates to both clients and candidates

We are also members of the REC ensuring we maintain the highest levels of compliance for our schools and teaching staff. We were awarded REC Audited Education Status in 2011 and will continue to be audited by the REC to ensure we continue to follow their audit guidance.

Cyber Essentials is a government backed scheme which helps organisations demonstrate their protections against a large variety of common cyber attacks. The certification process acts as a verification tool for current security status and ensures key controls are in place. This is particularly relevant when dealing with and storing people’s data.
