Start date: September 2024 – flexibility for the right candidate
Salary: Up to 21,000 per annum (depending on experience, while training) + uncapped OTE
Location: Office based at our Hitchin Head office
Due to growth and expansion, Choice Teachers is looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in our Hitchin office on a full-time capacity.

What the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role entails:
- To lead and inspire business development to build and establish new relationships
- Speaking to both candidates and clients.
- Learning about your sector and becoming an expert in it
- Cold calling and lots of it!
- Complete management of the recruiting process.
- Building your desk and geographical area of business.

The role is 5 days a week, 7am-4pm (with one 5pm finish per week) During school term time. Outside of term time you only work 4 hours per day on a separate rota to be agreed in advance.
