Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Dartford and surrounding areas
Pay: £95–£110 per day (depending on experience)
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary and secondary schools in the Dartford area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a real difference in the classroom by supporting students’ learning and development.
The Role:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis with students
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting students with additional needs where required
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work across different schools
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
- A genuine interest in education and supporting student progress
Compliance & Vetting Requirements:
- Ability to provide a minimum of two years’ worth of professional references
- Must hold a valid DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one
- Professional email address required for registration and compliance purposes
- Right to work in the UK
