Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 (MPS/UPS)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking an innovative and passionate Design & Technology Teacher to join a highly successful 11-18 secondary school in Hemel Hempstead. Your Key Responsibilities

Key Stage 3: Deliver a dynamic and engaging DT curriculum that builds foundational technical skills and sparks a love for the subject.
Key Stage 4: Lead specialist Materials technology classes, preparing students for GCSE success through high-quality practical and theoretical instruction.
Key Stage 5: Drive excellence in A-Level Product Design, supporting students as they navigate complex design briefs and prepare for higher education or industry.

What We Are Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A specialist background in Materials and Product Design.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons that motivate and engage students across all ability levels.
A commitment to the spiritual and personal development of young people within a supportive community.
Strong classroom management and a passion for staying current with CAD/CAM and modern workshop practices.
