Supply Teacher – Hemel Hempstead

Requirements:
- Current DBS certificate or willingness to apply.
- Minimum of 2 professional references.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- QTLS (Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills)
- Comparable overseas teaching qualification
- Full, clean driving licence

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons following the provided curriculum.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Assess student progress regularly and offer constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational materials and programs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding progress.
- Stay updated on teaching practices and educational trends.
- Complete administrative duties such as lesson planning, resource preparation, and report writing.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Flexibility in adapting teaching strategies for various learners
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with educational technology and resources
Working Conditions:
