Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? We’re seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden.

In this role, you’ll work closely with teachers and SEN specialists to provide tailored support for pupils, helping them overcome challenges and thrive in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support classroom activities
  • Foster confidence, independence, and social development in students

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a primary setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment
