SEN Learning Support Assistants | Hitchin | Full-Time & Part-Time
Between £24,755 – £26,111 FTE (£15,321.26 – £16,160.51 per annum, pro rata) depending on experience, plus Pension
We are looking for passionate and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants to join a thriving post-16 education provider based in Stevenage.
You will be supporting students with a range of special educational needs including neurodiversity, SEMH, and disabilities, helping them to grow in confidence and reach their full potential.
What we need from you:
- Experience working with SEN young people — essential
- Knowledge of EHCPs, neurodiversity and SEMH
- A caring, patient and proactive approach
- Level 2 in Learning Support or equivalent experience
