About the Role
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers to implement individualised learning plans.
- Encourage students’ confidence, independence, and engagement in their learning.
- Foster strong, supportive relationships with students and staff alike.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: TA qualification/s are preferred, it is not essential.
- Skills: Strong communication, patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- Transport: A full UK driving license is advantageous for easy access to schools in and around Aylesbury.
