This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and resilient teacher who enjoys building positive relationships and making a genuine difference to the lives of children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The Role

• Full-time position starting September
• Ongoing assignment
• Primary-aged pupils in a specialist SEMH setting
• Competitive pay equivalent to the Main Pay Scale, depending on experience
• Supportive leadership team and well-resourced environment

We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Experience working with SEMH, SEND or children with additional needs is desirable but not essential
• A calm, patient and proactive approach to behaviour support
• Someone who enjoys learning beyond the classroom, including outdoor activities and practical learning
