Choice Teachers is working with a well-regarded secondary school in North West London to recruit a Science Teacher to join their successful department. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach in a school that prioritises academic standards, pastoral care, and inclusive education.
About the Role:

Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available depending on experience)

Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum

Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback

Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning

Participate in school duties including tutor responsibilities and extracurricular activities

Work collaboratively within a supportive team of science specialists
Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant science-related degree

Ability to teach general science up to KS4 (specialisms welcome)

Knowledge of current teaching practices and assessment procedures

Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills

A passion for promoting curiosity and achievement in science

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teaching

Commitment to ongoing professional development and safeguarding
