Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to primary school students
- Assess and record students’ progress and provide feedback
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes inclusivity and diversity
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Education or relevant field
- PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or equivalent
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Overseas Teaching Qualification (if applicable)
Education:
A relevant degree in Education or a related field is required for this role.
Experience:
Prior experience in teaching primary school students is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching
- Flexible and adaptable to different teaching styles
- Punctual and reliable
- Inspirational and able to motivate students
- Demonstrates initiative and creativity in lesson planning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in specific subject areas
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
This role is based in a primary school setting in Luton, with regular working hours on a contract basis. The teacher will be expected to work full-time hours and participate in school events and activities as required.
