Choice Teachers are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hendon who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher, Reception Teacher, KS1 Teacher, or Year 2 or Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
The school currently has opportunities available in Reception, Year 2, and Year 3, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced Primary Teachers looking for their next role. The school may also be able to support an ambitious ECT, although preference will be given to candidates with previous primary teaching experience.
This position is being offered on a temp-to-perm basis, providing an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a supportive and community-focused primary school.
About the Role – Primary Teacher
- Teach within Reception, Year 2, or Year 3
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Differentiate learning to support pupils of all abilities
- Monitor pupil progress and raise attainment
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching within Early Years, KS1, or Lower KS2
- Be an enthusiastic and reflective classroom practitioner
- Have strong behaviour and classroom management skills
- Be passionate about providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be committed to supporting the academic and personal development of all pupils
