About the Role
A secondary school in Luton is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Education (PE) Instructor to cover a two-week period after Easter. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students to lead active and healthy lifestyles, while developing both their physical fitness and social skills. The role offers a daily rate of £100.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging PE lessons that support students’ physical, mental, and social development, creating an inclusive environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality PE lessons that cater to students’ varying abilities and interests.

Plan and implement activities that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and mental well-being.

Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages student participation.

Develop students’ skills in various sports and physical activities, helping them achieve personal bests.

Maintain high expectations for student behavior, effort, and achievement.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support individual development.

Encourage a positive attitude towards physical activity and mental health.
Essential Qualifications & Experience

Experience teaching Physical Education in a secondary school setting.

Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for PE.

Passion for physical education and promoting an active, healthy lifestyle.
