Job Duties:
- Teach Physical Education to secondary-level students, following the curriculum.
- Create and deliver engaging lessons that encourage physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Organize and supervise practical activities, including team sports and individual fitness programs.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, fitness tests, and sports performance.
- Foster an inclusive environment where students of all abilities feel encouraged to participate.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and coordinate school sports events.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience teaching Physical Education at the secondary level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.

Experience:
- Experience teaching Physical Education at the secondary level is essential.
- Coaching or experience in organizing sports events is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:

- Effective behaviour management techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or Sports Science.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Coaching certifications in specific sports.
Working Conditions:
The PE Teacher will work in a school setting near Hammersmith, following the academic calendar. The role may require occasional evening or weekend work for school events, sports matches, or parent meetings.
