About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Agent to join our team on a part-time basis starting in April 2025. This is an ongoing role with the potential to become permanent. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate site activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee the direction of site activities, ensuring operations meet project specifications and requirements.

Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and staff to maintain clear communication and resolve issues promptly.

Coordinate and supervise on-site workers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Select appropriate tools and materials, optimizing resources for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Conduct regular safety inspections to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

Prepare and review site reports, designs, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals.

Assist in assessing and minimizing risks associated with site operations.
