Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and respected.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining detailed records and sharing insights with parents and colleagues.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
- Ensure the nursery meets the highest standards of care and education, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3) is preferred
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
A full, clean driving licence is preferred.
Relevant experience and qualifications are MANDATORY.
To Be Considered for This Role, You Will Need:
- A DBS Certificate on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Two professional references.
