Salary: £29,662 – £43,662 per annum
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking further education provider for a motivated and knowledgeable Lecturer in Motor Vehicle to join their dynamic Automotive department.

About the Role
You will deliver high-quality teaching across a range of motor vehicle programmes, supporting students to achieve their full potential. The role involves planning engaging lessons, assessing progress, and contributing to curriculum development across Levels 1 to 3.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching across motor vehicle courses (Levels 1–3)
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Support students’ academic and personal development
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
- Maintain a safe, professional workshop and learning environment
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in the Automotive industry
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
- Recent and relevant industry experience in Light Motor Vehicles
- Ability to teach across Levels 1–3
Desirable
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Experience within a Further Education setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
