What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver engaging lessons across Levels 1 to 5, preparing students for success in the Travel and Tourism industry.
- Develop and maintain teaching materials, including innovative online resources and lesson plans.
- Act as a mentor to students, tracking their progress and helping them achieve their aspirations.
- Support the integration of English and Maths into vocational learning.
- Participate in recruitment and promotional events to support student enrollment.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of the Travel and Tourism industry.
- Teaching experience with proven ability to inspire and engage learners.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Desirable Attributes:
- Full teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or DTLS) or willingness to obtain one.
- Assessor qualifications (A1/2, D32/33) or equivalent.
- Recent industry experience or knowledge of current sector trends.
