Criminology Teacher – Post-16 College – Luton (Part-Time)
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Contract: Part-time (3 days per week – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Subject: Level 3 Criminology
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025
Choice Teachers is working with a well-regarded post-16 college in Luton, currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Criminology Teacher to deliver engaging lessons to students studying Level 3 Criminology.
This is a part-time, ongoing role for 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The college offers a welcoming and professional environment with a strong focus on academic achievement and student wellbeing.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Level 3 Criminology lessons

Track and assess student progress in line with exam board standards

Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic outcomes

Provide a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Contribute to curriculum planning and student enrichment
Requirements:

Experience teaching Criminology (Level 3 or similar post-16 qualifications)

A relevant degree and teaching qualification (PGCE, QTLS, or similar)

Up-to-date knowledge of Criminology curriculum and assessment

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
