Choice Teachers are currently working with a secondary school in Camden who are seeking a dedicated Health & Social Care Teacher, BTEC Health Teacher, or Vocational Studies Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Care Studies Teacher or HEC Teacher to deliver engaging lessons in a supportive and well-established department.
The successful candidate will teach Health and Social Care, BTEC Health & Social Care, and vocational care subjects across Key Stages 4 and 5, supporting students to achieve strong academic and coursework outcomes.
About the Role
- Teach Health & Social Care across KS4 and KS5
- Deliver BTEC Health and Social Care and vocational courses
- Plan engaging lessons across care studies and health education
- Support students with coursework, assignments and exam preparation
- Track progress and raise attainment in vocational subjects
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Health & Social Care, BTEC Health, or Care Studies
- Be confident delivering vocational qualifications at KS4 and KS5
- Have strong classroom management and communication skills
- Be committed to supporting student progress and achievement
