Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Geography Teacher to work within a secondary school in Ramsey, Cambridgeshire on a temp to perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with secondary teaching experience looking to secure a long term permanent position within a supportive school.

Qualified Teacher Status QTS is desirable but not essential for the right candidate with relevant secondary education experience.

The Role

• Teaching Geography across secondary age groups
• Delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Supporting pupil progress and attainment
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Working closely with the wider school team

Requirements

• Experience working within secondary education
• QTS ideal but not essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Able to provide references and referee contact details
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passionate about education and student development
