English Teacher – Milton Keynes

Location: Milton Keynes Contract: Fixed-term, one academic year (with the strong possibility of becoming permanent) Start Date: September Salary: £26,500 – £36,500

We are recruiting on behalf of a school in Milton Keynes for an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join their team from September, on a one academic year contract with the potential to move to a permanent position depending on performance and the needs of the school.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages
• Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the school curriculum
• Support and motivate students to achieve their full potential
• Contribute positively to the wider school community and extracurricular life

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified teacher with UK QTS (or equivalent)
• Experience teaching English at secondary level
• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for the subject
• A team player who is adaptable and committed to student success
