About the Role:
As an English Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching across a range of English modules, including literature, language studies, academic writing, and critical theory. You will play a key role in guiding learners through their academic journey, encouraging critical thinking, communication, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops in English language and/or literature

Develop course materials and assessments in line with curriculum standards

Provide academic guidance and support to students

Contribute to curriculum development and innovation

Participate in departmental meetings, research, and quality assurance processes
Requirements:

A Master’s degree (or higher) in English Literature, English Language, or a related field

Previous teaching or lecturing experience at further or higher education level

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for student development and inclusive education

(Desirable) PhD or ongoing research in the field
