£33,075 – £45,037 Per annum

Job Duties:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for early years students
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching methods
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Early Years Education
• Enhanced DBS check
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in early years education

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of child development principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
• Proficiency in behaviour management techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education
• Experience working with children with special educational needs

Working Conditions:
