Early Years Educator – Stotfold (Exciting Expansion!)
Location: Stotfold (SG5 area)
Pay Rates: * Level 3: £27,000 – £29,500 per annum (Approx. £13.00 – £14.20 p/h)
- Level 2: £25,500 – £26,500 per annum (Approx. £12.30 – £12.75 p/h) Contract: Full-time / Permanent Setting: Astwick Nursery

Requirements (Mandatory):
- Minimum Level 2: You must hold a full and relevant Level 2 in Childcare. (Applications without this will not be considered).
- Level 3 Preferred: A Level 3 qualification in Childcare is highly preferred and considered the ideal standard for this role.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude to support a fast-growing setting.
Your Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality childcare in a safe and stimulating environment.
- Supporting the planning and implementation of engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
- Acting as a Key Person for a small group of children, monitoring their development.
- Building strong, positive relationships with parents and carers.
