Choice Teachers are currently working with a well-regarded secondary school in Bolton to recruit a full-time Design & Technology Teacher starting in September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming school in a long-term role, running until the Christmas break.

The Role

• Full-time Design & Technology Teacher
• September 2026 start
• Teaching KS3 and KS4 Design & Technology
• Planning, marking and assessment responsibilities included
• Long-term position until the Christmas break
• Supportive Design & Technology department and leadership team

The Successful Candidate Will

• Hold QTS, ECT or NQT status
• Have experience teaching Design & Technology at secondary level
• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons
• Be committed to raising attainment and pupil progress
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues
• Be willing to contribute to the wider school community
