About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting schools by:

Supervising full classes during teacher absences.

Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects.

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

Creating a positive, focused, and inclusive learning environment.

Encouraging students to stay on task and engaged.
What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Confidence in leading a classroom and managing student behaviour.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Adaptability and a proactive attitude.

The ability to work independently with a calm, supportive presence.

Experience working with young people or in an educational setting is desirable.

Requirements

Educated ideally to A-Level or degree level.
-
Valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Two professional references.

Legal right to work in the UK.

Good spoken English.

Must be based in or near the North West – agency work is not suitable for applicants planning to relocate.
