Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: South West London
Pay: £90 – £110 per day

About the Role
Choice Teachers are working with a variety of clients in South West London who are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support schools on a supply basis from the next academic year, getting ready for September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with classroom experience who are confident managing a class and delivering pre-planned lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise whole classes during teacher absences
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay on task
- Maintain strong classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment
- Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils
- Adapt quickly to different school settings
- Provide support to students where needed
- Report feedback to the returning teacher
About You
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Recent UK classroom experience
- Confident classroom management skills
- Professional, adaptable, and organised approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Passionate about supporting positive student outcomes
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
