About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our team, providing high-quality classroom supervision in the absence of regular teachers. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in primary or secondary school settings who are passionate about maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.

• Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies.

• Ensure students remain on task and engaged during lessons.

• Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behavior.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in primary or secondary schools.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and teaching styles.

• A proactive and reliable approach to work.

Desirable:

• A degree or equivalent qualification.

• Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
