About the Role:
As a Lecturer in Childcare and Early Years, you will deliver engaging and supportive teaching across a range of childcare qualifications. You’ll play a vital role in equipping learners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in early years settings and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach and assess a range of Childcare and Early Years programmes (e.g. CACHE, T Level, BTEC, Level 2/3 Diplomas)

Plan and deliver inclusive, practical, and engaging lessons

Support learners with academic guidance and pastoral care

Monitor progress and contribute to internal quality assurance

Stay up-to-date with developments in early childhood education and care
What We’re Looking For:

A qualification in Early Years, Childcare, Education, or a related field (Level 5 or higher)

A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or working towards)
-
Experience working in an early years or childcare setting
-
Strong communication, organisation, and motivational skills
-
A genuine passion for child development and education
Desirable Experience:

Experience delivering CACHE or T Level qualifications
-
Knowledge of EYFS framework and current sector standards
-
Familiarity with safeguarding and inclusive teaching practices
