Choice Teachers are currently working with a secondary school in Willesden who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher, Economics Teacher, or Business and Economics Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Business Teacher or Economics Teacher to teach within a supportive and high-achieving department across KS4 and KS5. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students and support strong academic outcomes.
About the Role – Business Studies & Economics Teacher
- Teach Business Studies and Economics across KS4 and KS5
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
- Support students preparing for GCSE and A-Level examinations
- Monitor student progress and raise attainment
- Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Support students pastorally as a form tutor where required
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Business Studies, Economics, or related subjects
- Be confident teaching KS4 and KS5
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be passionate about teaching and learning
- Be able to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
