Key Responsibilities
As part of the leadership team, your role will include:
- Developing and maintaining a high-quality learning environment.
- Leading on teaching and learning strategies across the school.
- Supporting staff in delivering outstanding teaching.
- Using data effectively to track progress and drive improvement.
- Leading on assessment and reporting to ensure student success.
- Implementing high-quality intervention programmes.
- Supporting staff development and training initiatives.
- Maintaining the highest standards of behaviour, learning, and attainment.
- Setting aspirational targets and acting as a role model for best practices.
- Managing and developing teaching staff to ensure high morale and effectiveness.
- Contributing to the recruitment and professional development of staff.
Qualifications & Experience
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree.
- Extensive teaching experience with a track record of success.
- Outstanding classroom practice and a history of raising student achievement.
- Leadership experience as a Head of Department or SLT member.
- Experience in improvement planning and implementing strategies to enhance learning.
- Strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- A passion for driving change and improving educational outcomes.
