Job Ad: Part-Time Art Teacher (2 Days/Week)
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Start Date: September 2024
Days: Mondays and Tuesdays
Contract: Fixed-term, 1 Term
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis at a school in St Albans. This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is enthusiastic about inspiring young artists and nurturing creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative art lessons for students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the school’s vibrant art program.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required.
- Proven experience in teaching art to a range of age groups.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
