Art & Photography Teacher (Qualified) in Leighton Buzzard!
Are you a passionate and dedicated Art & Photography teacher ready to inspire young minds? Choice Teachers is partnering with a forward-thinking school in Leighton Buzzard, and we’re looking for a qualified educator to join their team and nurture students’ creativity and artistic skills.
Start date: January 2025
What You’ll Do:
- Inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5 with creative, hands-on Art and Photography lessons.
- Develop and deliver a well-rounded curriculum that includes traditional art techniques and modern photography practices.
- Encourage students to explore different artistic styles and express themselves through various mediums.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations, ensuring they develop a strong portfolio of work.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art, Photography, or related field.
- Strong knowledge and experience with a variety of art techniques, digital and traditional photography.
- An enthusiastic, creative approach to teaching that motivates and inspires students.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for supporting young people and helping them achieve their artistic potential.
- Relevant teaching experience is necessary
