Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM during term time, with one 5:00 PM finish per week. Reduced hours during school holidays.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building relationships with local schools and education staff

Assisting in sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates through advertising, networking, and direct outreach

Supporting our London division by matching candidates to temporary and permanent opportunities in secondary schools

Helping manage job placements and maintaining excellent customer service for both clients and candidates

Contributing to the team’s goals by working towards KPIs and developing your own market share

Learning key recruitment processes, client management, and candidate assessment while studying towards your apprenticeship qualification
What We’re Looking For

Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a real passion for people

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

A keen interest in the education sector

Ideally, a background in sales, customer service, or business development – but not essential
Working Hours

Term Time: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with one 5:00 PM finish per week

School Holidays: Reduced shifts of 4 hours per day
