Choice Teachers is seeking a Deputy Director of Learning for Mathematics in Bacup Lancashire with a strong track record of raising standards and improving student outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Create and implement dynamic lesson plans and a curriculum that inspires and supports all learners, including those with SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD.
- Leadership and Team Building: Support and guide colleagues to achieve departmental and whole-school targets, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Driving Excellence: Deliver consistent, outstanding teaching and lead initiatives to enhance student attainment and progress.
- Innovation and Engagement: Develop creative teaching strategies to captivate learners and promote sustained academic achievement
Requirements:
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven ability to teach Mathematics to GCSE standard.
- Strong experience in coaching and motivating staff to meet individual and collective goals.
- A record of achieving exceptional student attainment and progress.
- A commitment to innovation and inclusion in education.
