Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join our committed team. The successful candidate will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 5 students.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and respect among students.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and share best practices.

Engage with parents and carers to communicate student progress and address any concerns.

Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school setting.

A strong understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
