About the Roles
We are recruiting for a variety of school support positions, including:
Teaching Assistants

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons

Working with pupils in the classroom

Providing small group or one-to-one support

Helping maintain a positive learning environment
Cover Supervisors

Supervising pre-set lessons in the absence of the teacher

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students stay on task

Supporting pupils with work set by teaching staff
School Office / Reception Support

Providing administrative support within the school office

Meeting and greeting visitors and parents

Answering calls and assisting with general school administration

Supporting the smooth running of the school day

We Are Looking For Flexible Candidates Who:

Can work across different secondary schools in Warrington and surrounding areas

Are confident supporting students and staff in a school environment

Can build positive, professional relationships with young people

Have experience working with children, young people, or in administrative/support roles

Are adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting education

Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle

Are willing to travel to a range of local schools as part of flexible supply work
Requirements:

DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
-
A-Level qualification or equivalent (desirable)
-
Experience working with children, young people, or within an office/support role

Two professional references
-
Right to work in the UK
-
Ability to travel to partner schools across Warrington and surrounding areas
