Choice Teachers are working with a high-performing secondary school in Luton seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Childcare / Health & Social Care Teacher to join their successful department.

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate teacher with experience in Childcare, Health & Social Care, or related vocational subjects.
Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and practical lessons across KS3, KS4, and vocational courses

Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental development

Support students in developing practical skills and understanding real-world applications

Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment

Inspire students to pursue further education or careers in childcare and health & social care
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds QTS or QTLS with experience teaching Childcare, Health & Social Care, or vocational subjects in UK secondary schools

Demonstrates strong classroom management and excellent subject knowledge

Experienced in delivering practical activities and project-based learning

Reflective practitioner passionate about supporting students’ personal development
