The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and complete the work set.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Delivering pre-set lesson work across different subjects
• Supporting students in their learning
• Creating a positive and productive classroom environment
• Working across a variety of local schools in the area

Requirements

• Previous experience working with young people or in schools preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Flexible and reliable approach
• Ability to work across local schools in St Neots and surrounding areas
• A valid DBS registered on the Update Service is essential
