We are a leading education recruitment agency working with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) primary schools in the Willesden area. We are currently looking for flexible SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply pool and support children with diverse learning needs in various school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and speech and language difficulties
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons, providing tailored support to individual students or small groups
- Helping students with their personal care needs where required
- Promoting positive behavior and encouraging student engagement
- Supporting students in developing social skills, independence, and emotional well-being
- Maintaining clear communication with teachers, parents, and other staff members
