**SCHOOL HOURS**
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students thrive in an inclusive educational environment. Please note we are a supply agency.
As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you may be working with students on a 1:1 basis or within small groups of students with alternative educational needs. It is essential that candidates display a variety of skills such as;
- Patience
- Resilience
- Non-discriminatory approach
- Positive attitude towards education
- Experience or volunteering within Youth Work or the care sector desired but not essential
Responsibilities
– Assist in implementing individualized education plans for students with special needs.
– Provide one-on-one support to students to help them achieve academic and personal growth.
– Collaborate with teachers and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
– Foster a safe and nurturing atmosphere where all students feel valued and respected.

- DBS Certificate on the update service or willing to get one.
