Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? Choice Teachers are working with a well-regarded specialist school in Watford who are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join their team after half term.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and experienced team in a nurturing environment. As an SEN Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs

Support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and communication or social, emotional and mental health difficulties

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and senior leaders to provide the best possible outcomes for each pupil

Create a safe, structured and positive classroom environment that encourages progress and independence

Contribute to EHCP targets, reviews, and assessments
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) – ECTs are welcome to apply

Experience working with children or young people with SEND (ASD/SEMH desirable)

A patient, resilient and empathetic approach

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
