Choice Teachers are currently working with a secondary school in North London to appoint a motivated and committed Science Teacher for a full-time role starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established department in a school with a strong community ethos and a focus on academic achievement.
About the Role:

Teaching General Science across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to specialise in Biology, Chemistry or Physics depending on expertise.

Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that support a range of abilities.

Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing clear and effective feedback.

Contributing to curriculum development and supporting extracurricular science initiatives.

Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes curiosity and scientific enquiry.
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Have a degree in a Science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related field).

Be confident in managing classroom behaviour and differentiating lessons appropriately.

Be passionate about teaching and able to inspire students with a love for science.

Be organised, proactive, and committed to contributing to whole school life.
