We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a supportive Primary School team. This role requires strong classroom practice, a passion for early learning, and a commitment to ensuring outstanding pupil progress.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned to the KS1 curriculum.

Assess learning, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to pupils.

Create a positive, inspiring, and safe learning environment.

Work closely with support staff to deliver targeted interventions.

Maintain excellent behaviour management in line with school policy.

Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.

Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing KS1 team.
Key Skills & Requirements

QTS is essential — applications without QTS will not be considered.

UK classroom teaching experience is mandatory (KS1 experience preferred).

Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and age-related expectations.

Ability to plan effectively and deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Confident with assessment, phonics, early writing, and early maths.

Excellent classroom and behaviour management.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
