About the Role:
As a Geography Teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for KS5)
- Plan engaging, well-structured lessons that align with the national curriculum
- Track and assess student progress, offering tailored feedback and support
- Contribute to the development of the Geography curriculum and departmental planning
- Participate in wider school life, including form tutoring, school trips, and extracurricular clubs
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification
- Have a degree in Geography or a closely related subject
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and an ability to inspire and engage students
- Be skilled in behaviour management and creating a positive classroom environment
- Be committed to inclusion, high standards, and student achievement
