You’ll be working with Key Stage 1 & 2 pupils, providing them with the support they need to reach their full potential in a nurturing and positive learning environment. As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a key part in creating a space where children feel encouraged, inspired, and excited to learn.
Key Responsibilities:

Be a flexible, reliable, and proactive presence in the classroom, offering support where it’s needed most.

Provide one-on-one or small group support, helping children to build confidence and succeed in their studies.

Foster a positive, caring, and engaging classroom atmosphere where children feel supported and motivated to learn.

Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure every child’s needs are met and they are progressing well.

Help create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment both inside and outside of the classroom.
What We’re Looking For:

A love for working with children and helping them grow in both their academic and personal development.

Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both students and colleagues.

Reliability and a team player attitude, with a flexible approach to supporting different learning environments.

A solid academic background (A-levels, GCSEs, Degree, BTEC, etc.), though prior experience in education is not required. Recent graduates are more than welcome to apply!
