Pay Rate: £140-150

About the Role:
As a Primary School Supply Teacher, you’ll inspire young minds by delivering engaging lessons across various subjects, while maintaining a positive classroom environment. You will follow pre-set plans but use your creativity and adaptability to make each day exciting, focusing on nurturing students’ growth in EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Additionally, you’ll provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of each child, ensuring their development, including those with diverse learning needs.
Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons that stimulate and motivate students.

Maintaining high standards of classroom management and behaviour.

Adapting your teaching to meet the needs of a wide range of learners.

Supporting students across a variety of subjects and age groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

Have a current DBS on the update service (we can assist with obtaining this if needed).

Possess strong classroom management skills and a positive, flexible approach.

Have experience working in a classroom environment (ideal but not essential).

Be flexible and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for teaching.
