Primary School Caretaker
Location: Westminster
Pay Rate: £16.85/hr
Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Start date: ASAP until July (11am-4pm)
Choice Teachers is currently seeking a reliable, well-organized, and proactive individual to join the friendly team at a primary school in Westminster as a Caretaker.

Key Responsibilities:

A variety of duties related to upkeeping the school site.

Ensuring the school grounds are kept safe for members of the school community.

Day-to-day caretaking duties.

Dealing with contractors to ensure compliance as well as making sure health and safety policies are kept in place.

Managing admin in relation to the site requirements as well as using IT systems effectively.
Requirements:

Strong maintenance, DIY and handy-person skills.

An enhanced DBS on the update service and full employment check is essential.

Previous experience as a Site Manager is preferred but not required—strong technical skills and experience in managing premises projects are essential.

An extensive knowledge of facilities management is required for successful applicants.
