Are you a creative and enthusiastic Performing Arts and Drama Teacher looking for an exciting new role? Choice Teachers is seeking a talented educator to join a vibrant school in Camden, inspiring students to explore their artistic potential on stage and beyond.

The Role

As a Performing Arts and Drama Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver dynamic and engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach KS5.
  • Inspire students to develop their confidence, creativity, and performance skills.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that accommodate a range of abilities and learning styles.
  • Support students in preparing for performances, exams, and extracurricular productions.
  • Contribute to the department’s extracurricular activities, such as school plays, workshops, or drama clubs.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Performing Arts, Drama, or a related subject, along with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Experience teaching Performing Arts and Drama in a secondary school setting.
  • A passion for the arts and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a collaborative approach to teaching.
